Fiserv's New Boarding is a web-based system aimed at increasing the productivity of Scotiabank office employees in the Caribbean and Chile.
The system unified five other systems and was a complex project in which I used Fiserv's design system as support for the creation.

We also developed a high-contrast mode to enhance system accessibility and inclusivity.
Results and take aways
In retrospect, our performance in creating this system was very effective,
and we managed to finish more than 2 months ahead of schedule.
I would have liked to participate in the usability testing, but I acted
as an external consultant, and after the development phase ended,
I couldn't follow the next stages.
