Quincy's Suite – UI Designer for a entire suite creation
Quincy-MA has a system for home inspection visits, and our task was to build a suite of products and integrate the city's scheduling system into the suite. Among the products built for the city's SaaS suite were a scheduler, website pages, a CMS and a form creation system, all designed to help municipal employees perform their duties more effectively. The work I shown here is about the scheduler where I worked from the design phase to the final product approval.
The system goals is allow Quincy's citizens to schedule your technical home inspections and give more flexibility to the city assessors to manage all visits and request to visits in one place.
The system have to views: the view of city employees and the view of citizens. The view of citizens its more simple, It's only have a forms to fill and a calendar to request the assessors visit.The view of city employee its more complex.
The views consists in two different personas: The manager and the data collectors. Managers can change the route of data collectors, change dates and give access to other people to the system.Data collectors only can fill information about the home inspections.

Reflections & learnings
My work as a freelancer on this project was extremely valuable for my career, as it opened doors to job opportunities in the United States, in addition to learning a lot about high-quality and agile work. The only part I didn’t like was not being able to follow the project’s development.
